Guides
Guides for your supplement routine.
Practical guides on building a supplement routine you'll keep, written by the mond team. Every factual claim links to a primary source, and none of them tell you what to take or how much.

How we write guides
- Primary sources. Health agencies such as the FDA, NIH and NHS, and peer-reviewed research. Each claim links to its source, and we say when the evidence is about medicines rather than supplements.
- No dosing advice. We explain how to track and remember what you take. What and how much to take is a question for the label and for a doctor or pharmacist.
- Dated and maintained. Each guide shows when it was published and when its sources were checked. We review them at least every six months.
- Clear about who we are. We make mond, and each guide says so where it mentions the app.
- Corrections. Found an error? Email matyas@trymond.com and we'll fix it.
Choosing an app?
Our comparison of supplement tracking apps covers mond, Apple Health, SuppCo, Medisafe, MyTherapy and Cronometer, with official sources and a clear note on what we couldn't verify.
Never miss a dose.
mond is coming soon to the App Store. Leave your email and we'll tell you the day it's out.
