What is mond?

mond is a supplement tracker for iPhone. You add the supplements you take, tap once when you take each one, and mond shows your month as a calendar of rings, so you can see which days are done. It started as a creatine tracker and works for any supplement.

Who is it for?

People who take one or more supplements most days, such as creatine for training, vitamin D, magnesium or omega-3, and want a quick, reliable answer to "did I take it today?" It suits people who want something lighter than a medication manager and simpler than a nutrition tracker.

What problem does it solve?

Daily supplements are easy to take on autopilot, so days blur together: you can't remember whether you took them this morning, and some days you don't take them at all. mond keeps a record of every dose, shows the gaps, and sends a daily reminder that names what you haven't logged yet.

How is mond different from a pill reminder?

Pill reminder apps, such as Medisafe or the Medications feature in Apple's Health app, are built around medication schedules: a reminder for each scheduled dose, refill tracking and, in the US, interaction warnings. mond is built around a daily supplement routine: amounts in grams, milligrams, pills, capsules or drops, a daily goal for each supplement, one-tap logging from a widget, a streak, and a reminder that names what's left.

mond doesn't check interactions and isn't meant for managing prescription medicines. If that's what you need, a pill reminder is the better tool. We compare them in mond vs Medisafe and mond vs Apple Health.

Which supplements can you track?

Any you take: creatine, magnesium, vitamin D3, omega-3, zinc, caffeine, a multivitamin, or something you add yourself. Each supplement gets its own unit (grams, milligrams, pills, capsules or drops), daily goal and schedule. Creatine has extra options: a suggested daily amount based on your body weight, a 7-day loading week, portions and a saturation estimate. See the supplement tracker and creatine tracker pages for details.

Which platforms does it support?

iPhone (iOS 17 or later) and a web version that runs in a browser. Reminders, widgets, Siri and Apple Health work only in the iPhone app. There is no iPad or Android app, and no Apple Watch app has been announced.

Is mond available now?

Not on the App Store yet. The iPhone app is coming soon; there's no announced date. You can use the web version today at web.trymond.com after you create an account.

Is there a waitlist?

Yes. Leave your email and we'll email you the day mond is on the App Store. We use your email only to tell you about mond. The privacy policy explains what we store.

What works today, and what comes at launch?

What mond doesn't do

Knowing the limits helps you pick the right app. mond does not:

  • scan barcodes or look products up in a supplement database. You add a supplement once by name and amount.
  • rate supplement brands, total up nutrients across products, or recommend what to take.
  • check for interactions between supplements and medicines.
  • manage medicines for someone else, or run on Android or iPad.

Other apps do these things well. Our comparison of supplement tracking apps shows which ones, with sources.

Is mond medical advice?

No. mond is a tracker. It doesn't diagnose, treat or recommend supplements, and it isn't a medical device. For creatine it can suggest a starting daily amount from your body weight, which you can change. For anything else, follow the label or ask a doctor or pharmacist.

Who makes mond?

mond is made by the mond team. For questions, press or corrections to anything on this site, email matyas@trymond.com.
