Comparison

mond vs SuppCo: which fits you?

SuppCo and mond both track the supplements you take, but they're built for different jobs. SuppCo is a research companion: a database of over 160,000 supplements, a scanner, brand quality scores and an analysis of your stack. mond is a quick daily tracker: one tap to log, a reminder that names what's left, and a calendar that shows whether today is done.

mond isn't on the App Store yet. Its entries describe the iPhone app as built for launch. SuppCo's entries come from its App Store listing and website, linked at the end.

Where SuppCo is stronger

SuppCo knows about products. Its App Store listing describes a database of more than 160,000 supplements, quality ratings for over 500 brands based on 29 attributes, research with price per serving, more than 80 protocols for health goals, and an algorithm that rates your routine and suggests changes. It also shows nutrient totals across what you take.[1] If you're still choosing what to buy, or want to know what's in the products you have, that's a real advantage. It's also available now, on iPhone and Android.[2]

mond does none of this. It doesn't know what's in a product, doesn't rate brands and doesn't recommend what to take.

Where mond is different

mond assumes you've already decided what you take, and makes the daily part as quick as possible. Each supplement has your own amount, unit and daily goal. You log with one tap from the app, the Home Screen widget, a Lock Screen or Control Center button on iOS 18 and later, or Siri. The reminder lists only what you haven't logged, and the month calendar shows your streak and any gaps.

Creatine gets extra tools, from a suggested daily amount based on your body weight to a 7-day loading week and portions. You can use mond without an account, and there's a web version if you sign in.

Can you use both?

Yes. Some people research and choose products in an app like SuppCo, then track the daily routine in a simpler tracker. If SuppCo's own tracking already does what you need, one app is simpler.

Questions

Is SuppCo free?

Its App Store listing says it's free with in-app purchases. We didn't verify the names or prices of its paid features, so check the listing before you decide.

Does SuppCo work on Android?

Yes. SuppCo's website links to its Android app on Google Play.

Does mond have a supplement database or scanner?

No. You add each supplement once by name, unit and amount. That keeps logging fast, but mond can't tell you what's in a product or how it scores.

When can I try mond?

mond is coming soon to the App Store. Join the waitlist to hear the day it's out, or use the web version now.
